Facts & Figures

Hours: 36 hours per week

Primary working language: English (Dutch is a strong plus)

Office presence: Required on Mondays and Wednesdays

Location requirement: Candidates must be based in the Netherlands

Freelance: Self-employed contractors are not eligible

Your Role

You operate at the intersection of business, technology, and governance to explore, validate, and prepare AI-driven use cases. You will transform ideas into actionable requirements, process designs, and implementation-ready deliverables through experiments, research, and technical exploration. You assess solution options, data availability, system constraints, risks, dependencies, and integration opportunities, and ensure documentation for Risk, Privacy, Compliance, Security, and Responsible AI assessments is complete for decision-making and handover to delivery teams.

Examples from Practice

Assess the value and feasibility of new AI capabilities for prospecting and scenario modelling

Evaluate solution options by identifying risks, dependencies, process impacts, and technical constraints

Deliver complete handover packages including requirements, process flows, use cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria

Your Key Responsibilities

Explore and validate AI use cases through research, experimentation, and analysis

Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Risk, Compliance, Security, and Architecture to identify opportunities and constraints

Translate findings into clear requirements, process designs, and implementation-ready documentation

Your Profile

Education: Master's degree in a technical, business, or related field

Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT projects

Technical skills: Experience with Data and AI technologies; broad understanding of IT landscapes and integration challenges

Domain skills: Experience in requirements management, process design, and handover documentation

Analytical skills: Strong analytical ability with experience in discovery, experimentation, and concept validation

Working method: Experience working in Agile environments

Stakeholder skills: Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience working with Risk, Compliance, Security, and Architecture stakeholders

Work context: Comfortable working in an international environment across teams and time zones

Personal qualities: Transparent, precise, and comfortable giving constructive feedback

Additional: Affinity with innovation is a strong plus

Eisen

  • Has a Master's degree in a technical, business, or related field
  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT projects
