Officer Alternative Investments Administration
Are you a meticulous, quality-driven professional with strong communication and analytical skills? In this role, you will focus on financial accounting, reporting and operational process management for illiquid investments. The role is not focused on portfolio management or business analysis.
What you’ll do
Execute and process financial transactions, including cash flows and investment valuations, in financial and data systems.
Perform quality checks on data provided by third parties.
Prepare financial and data reports for allocated investments, ensuring they are accurate and high quality.
Work with internal stakeholders, including investment managers, portfolio managers, quality review teams, Accounting and Control, and Cash Management, to gather information and support timely investment setup, transaction processing and reporting.
Analyse and reconcile investment values received from external investment managers.
Support continuous improvement projects through analysis and data gathering, and gradually contribute to process improvement initiatives.
