Role
As Business Analyst for the Enterprise Repository you translate business and regulatory needs into concrete data products. You define how data is structured, connected, governed, shared and consumed, and guide delivery teams in designing and realising data products in line with data standards, architecture principles and approved tools. You work in a multidisciplinary environment with Product Owners, business stakeholders, Business Architects, Tech Leads, Data Engineers and as a member of a DevOps team to deliver scalable, secure and compliant data solutions.
Key responsibilities
Translate the Enterprise Repository vision and business and regulatory requirements into requirements and use cases
Support integration of domain models, canonical data models, metadata, taxonomies and relationships in the Enterprise Repository
Contribute to the design and realisation of insights into processes, applications, assets, controls, risks, assessments and their dependencies
Conduct impact analysis and implement taxonomies (e.g. IT and Business Process Taxonomy)
Investigate data quality and provide guidance on impact and implementation
Ensure requirements for data quality, security, privacy, lineage, ownership, access, retention and auditability are met
Contribute to implementation and roll-out approach of the Enterprise Repository
Work with data owners, data stewards and product owners to establish accountability, service levels and measurable quality criteria
Support impact analysis, dependency management, scenario modelling and “what-if” analysis by ensuring consistent modelling and accessibility of data and relationships
Collaboration
You connect business awareness with hands-on delivery, explain data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, build alignment and work constructively with the DevOps team.
Required experience (Must‑have)
Minimum 2 years’ experience as Business Analyst, Information Analyst, Process Analyst or similar
Stakeholder management in business and technology domains
Experience translating business requirements into practical solutions and actionable backlog items
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience working in Agile environments
Languages: English and Dutch mandatory
Preferred expertise
Experience with Enterprise Repository concepts or similar
ITIL and IT Service Management practices
Configuration Management and CMDB concepts
Data Governance and Data Quality Management
Azure Data & Analytics platforms
ITSM platforms (Halo, ServiceNow, BMC or similar)
Governance, compliance and audit-related activities

Eisen
- Language: English and Dutch mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Information Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience working in Agile environments
- We would like to receive the personal motivation and CV in Dutch
- The candidate is available for the entire period requested in the application
