Project Manager Transaction Monitoring
You & your role
You lead strategic change projects for 36 hours per week and help shape the future of Transaction Monitoring. You create structure and overview, support key stakeholders and coordinate delivery across Business and Technology. You oversee the full project lifecycle and ensure clear reporting on results, progress, quality and compliance within the Transaction Monitoring domain.

Coordinate change initiatives throughout the full project lifecycle and connect stakeholders across Business and Technology.
Provide independent insights, solve complex challenges and deliver transparent management reports on progress, results and risks.
Collaborate with the Project Management Office and project managers to provide reliable status reports to the Financial Economic Crime Management Team.
You & your talent
Education & experience: A bachelor’s degree with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Extensive experience in Business Change and sufficient technical knowledge to connect Business and Technology.
Demonstrable experience in delivering large-scale, complex projects and programmes within a matrix organisation.
Knowledge of Transaction Monitoring, Risk Management and Project Management Office practices.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English, including at senior management level.
Independent judgement, strong decision-making skills and a proactive, flexible and quality-focused approach.
